Very easy to use obdi scanner!

I purchased the actron pocketscan plus cp9410 looking as something over tell me why there was an intermitant check enging light displaying on my 98 pontiac gtp. I considered several units however selected the one module because of price, simplicity, plus it was a little more upscale than some of the mere inexpensive units. When connected it instantaneously told me my obstacle. I then tried it on my 99 chevy silverado, in the same way expected no problems plus that what the module showed. Lastly i tried it on a 2002 thunderbird. It came along with a data error plus would no, non- read loud the odb. I was a little upset plus contacted actrom through email explaining the obstacle. The next morning a tech sent me a note with a bond of things over test. As it turned out there was a unsatisfactory fuse in the odb circuit plus with their technological support i was able over right the obstacle. I would give them 10 stars as the prompt response over my obstacle plus their great technological support. The cp9410 is just a basic scanner very it will no, non- go into some of the amplify of the higher dollar units, however it did study exactly what i expected, plus the technological support was a plesant supprise.
